About me and my practice
I offer Psychodynamic Counselling which is a form of talk therapy and explores how your unconscious thoughts might affect the way you act, reflecting on the past and how this impacts your present, helping you to understand yourself better.
I provide you with a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space to explore and work through any issues you may be facing.
Areas of counselling I support for anyone 18 years old and over are : Abuse, Alcohol issues, Anxiety, Bereavement, Depression, Eating disorders, Feeling sad, Infant loss, Loneliness, Low self-esteem, Relationship issues, Self-harm, Stress.
I am registered with the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC), a registered member with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and a member of the Enfield Counselling and Psychotherapy Service (ECPS).
